About National Association of Royalty Owners-California Inc.

National Association of Royalty Owners-California Inc. (NARO-CA) is a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization dedicated to encourage and promote exploration and production of minerals, oil and gas in the United States while preserving, protecting, advancing and representing the interests and rights of mineral and royalty owners through education, advocacy and assistance to our members, to NARO chapter organizations, to government bodies and to the public. These Terms govern your use of our Site and all content, services, and products available through it.

2. Mediation in Bakersfield, California if informal negotiation is unsuccessful
3. Binding arbitration in Bakersfield, California if mediation fails

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NARO-CA regarding your use of our Site.
